No one is so good that forgiveness isn't needed. No one is so evil that forgiveness isn't offered.

Totally unrelated but interesting: Maybe religion is the answer claims atheist scientist - http://www.telegraph.co.uk/journalists/richard-alleyne/6146656/Maybe-religion-is-the-answer-claims-atheist-scientist.html
Ah, Margaret. She published that in 1922. I remember that, I was there. She was very much against abortion. She used to say "BIRTH CONTROL can stop the danger of abortion!"
Do you want me to start quoting the stupid things Christians have said?
Yeah, that was then during the peak of the so-called "eugenics" movement and lots of smart people thought stupid things.
In the end she did far more good than bad and prevented more abortions than any Bible-thumping ever did.
Hey, speaking of abortions do you know how many fetuses spontaneously abort themselves in the womb? Does that mean your god aborts them? Do the fetuses get to go to Heaven?
Whether you like it or not, the impact legalized abortion has had on US crime rates is undeniable: http://pricetheory.uchicago.edu/levitt/Papers/DonohueLevittTheImpactOfLegalized2001.pdf
Question for Mak: I assume that you accept the notion that a week old fetus is not sentient and yet holds the capacity to grow into a sentient being. We currently have the technology to create human clones from DNA which could be taken from fingernail clippings. Does that mean that I am just as guilty of having an abortion whenever I cut my fingernails and, if not, why not?
