Know what that means?

Scientists tell us that the universe is flat. Do you know what that means?

Do you know what it would take to change it to something other than flat?

THe universe (and other systems in it, such as galaxies, star systems and planetary systems with moons) align in nearly perfectly flat plane for a simple reason. If you want to see why for yourself, soak something in water and throw it in the air with some spin. Everything in the universe spins.

I would like to know what you think it means.

Do you know what it would take to change it to something other than flat?

Don't keep us in suspense.

These lines represent the flatness?

I'll be honest, Mak... this post made me feel a little strange. Last week, I had researched this very question, which is the only reason I had the answer. It took a trip to see my old Physics professor because the information isn't readily available online.

Thanks to Dr. Halpern for taking ten minutes or so last week to answer this very question for me. Thanks to Carl Jung for discovering the concept of "collective unconscious," and making me feel weirded out.
