Atheism tells us that all of this came fully formed with the first living cell. Atheism presupposes a first cell that had this built-in capacity.

Biology, a branch of science studied by people of every religious and ethnic background, also does not say that life just went *poof* into existence, fully formed. There's strong evidence that the individual parts of the cell evolved independently, and came together to form a symbiotic organism that, over time, began to simply reproduce and act as one.
