Bluff and Bluster

What do the following things have in common? Science has nothing to say except in a lame and pathetic manner to suggest that they’re all an illusion, or to suggest they'r some mythological creation. Just as atheists have been forced into the ludicrous, “matter has always existed,” or "matter came into existence without a cause," so too, in the near future will atheists tell us that “Life has always existed. Life didn’t have a beginning. Life didn’t have a cause. Life has always been.”

Here are just a few things for which science has nothing of value to say:

- The Beginning of Life

- Consciousness

- Rationality and Morality (How do we know what is true)

- Science can't tell us why kindness is better than cruelty - yet we still believe it to be true

- Science can't tell us how the laws of mathematics and logic came to exist or why they came to exist but we still live as though they do exist. If the atheist says these laws exist to prove science s/he is arguing in a circular manner.

- Science can't explain or prove metaphysical truths;
. there are minds other than my own
. the external world is real
. the external world didn't begin to exist ten minutes ago appearing as aged.

- Science can't prove or disprove ethical beliefs
. Whether the Nazis did anything evil

- Science can't rule on aesthetic judgments
. Beauty and goodness can't be proven

Science itself can't be justified by the scientific method of inquiry.

Don't fear these atheists. They're all bluff and bluster. They've surrounded themselves with a barrier of misinformation. Give them eyewitness testimony and they'll say eye-witness testimony isn't reliable. Give them teaching that was learned from an eyewitness and they'll reject it as hearsay.

LOL.... Is this what you tell yourself everyday? Too funny, from the King of Generalized Misinformation. You can barely string together, let alone defend an articulate argument that you have created. And, you call us all bluff and bluster? Too much. You write things up here without even looking at the facts. I could spend days dissecting all of this and giving you solid facts, but you deflect and default. You do not even attempt to debate your position.

It is simple- In fact, science is based on a very simple moral principle: Knowledge is good. And, you know, you always bring in the Nazi's... Well, that mental midget Ray Comfort likes to do that too. I refuse to believe that you are in the same league as him, but it is starting to look that way.

Actually, with a little research, you would begin to understand how WW2 shaped the world we live in. One of the terrible realities is that the Nazis shaped modern medicine, and many of the treatments they discovered are now considered commonplace. They were the first group of scientists to begin to do research on the effects of tobacco, alcohol abuse, maternal and prenatal conditions, and the effect of public policy on the disclosure practices towards patients. Here is a link so that you can see for yourself.

It is interesting, but I am sure you will not look at it. I am positive that you will not respond to it because you make no efforts to correct your misguided assumptions or perceptions. And, the next time that you go to the doctor, understand that many of the things that the doctor is telling you came from the Nazis.

And, oh yes, because I know how simplistic you all think. Before you accuse me of being Pro Nazi, cause that would be the next step in your irrational argument process, tread lightly. I do not agree with the brutality of the Nazi's. That was one of the darkest periods of our modern times, and we should all feel a sense of shame for their actions.

Ola! Where does your sense of "shame" come from?

Peace, feeno

Hey feenologist just wondering do any christians think humans actually do have any real good reason or actual good use for a brain?

Or is it just mush and fat floating around inside your skull to fill a space that would otherwise be empty.

Hey G

Are you suggesting that our sense of shame comes from the brain?

I agree with tink. It is a shameful reflection on the entire human race. It was the supreme act of selfishness, hatefulness, pridefulness, jealousy and "evil".

Do you agree?

Marcus, you are one seriously disturbed puppy.

The first point I'd like to make is this; just because you don't know the science in a certain area, does not mean there is no science in that area or that there will not be science in that area in the future.

Oh ok ..feeno you think our sense of shame just floated into our heads reflected from somewhere out in other space ..And all of a sudden bingo!! .. because of these reflections of the human races selfishness, hatefulness, pridefulness, jealousy and "evil etc .

All of a sudden a sense of shame is present.created by supernatural intelligent designer ..working inside our bedside clothes draw at night? ...or in our body? or somewhere who knows where? ..its beamed into all our knowledges, from off some cloud 9 up in the sky daddyland by the great sky daddy?

Its just so very confusing learning this christian science stuff feenologist..should i reason ? ..use logic? ..or just concentrate on reading some old barbaric indoctrinational book ?..ask the preacher?

feeno --> "Are you suggesting that our sense of shame comes from the brain? "

Actually feenologist, with the strange questions i often hear faithful folks asking,im wondering if these bright sparks even think we really have any use at all ! for this thing we have been told are called brains...What the hells a brain for? ..Why are scientists even bothering learning about it if it is used for nothing?

They ask us shit like where do you think a sense of shame came from ,like they have really thought the question through.

So im thinking hell should i start being worried about where my sense of being hungry comes from too ..Or where my sense of needing to take a crap might have come from too .

I mean feenologist we are often told these christian scientists, evidently are real intelligent folks we should really have some repect and faith in.

Where do you think we get our sense of daylight from ,do we need god each morning to tell us "hey hello its daylight now" too?

Feenologist tell me what use do you think the brain is actually for? ,seeing it seems to me you calculate it cant really be used for knowledge and making decision etc.

Just wondering
