[The anthropic principle] means accepting that the laws of nature are rigged not only in favour of complexity or just in favour of life, but also in favour of the mind. To put it dramatically, it implies that mind is written into the laws of nature in a fundamental way.”

Astro-physicists might be qualilified, certainly theoretical physicists and cosmologists are, but astronomers? Granted, their field is related, and they know about stellar formation, but it's sort of like quoting a motor-cycle mechanic on how to bake the most scrumptious cherry pie ever. Unless his professional hobby is making pies, he's probably not going to know much about the "science" behind it.
I'm just saying... you keep quoting astronomers, many of whom just don't care to grasp the cosmology of the situation, so quote mining from them seems to hinder your argument rather than support it. Pies and motorcycles mate, pies and motorcycles.
